Phyllis Morningstar Moore, age 75, of Burlington passed away May 11, 2022 at Beacon Place Hospice.
She was born August 28, 1946 in Virgilina, Virginia the daughter of the late John Wesley Morningstar and Eunice Bowen Morningstar. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Howard D. Morningstar and George L. Morningstar.
