"One of the most warm-hearted people you would ever know and always loved us with all his soul and being. He wasn’t afraid to tell you his true feelings. He was a real man who could cry to us and not try to hide the emotions he was feeling. Bettering himself everyday, in everyway for his family he loves so much" --Henry Capps--
"A great encourager that always believed the best in everyone. He came across always lending a helping hand or his last dollar. Quick with a joke and a grin that would light up a room. A gentle and firm man always holding fast to his beliefs. He loved God dearly and would point you to Him. He loved his family very dearly and was always so proud of them." --Carrie Capps--
"Eddie was a strong loving man. He had seen and been through so much but never lost his love of others or his boyish wonderment and joy of life."--Friends--
