Death Certificate - $10 a copy

Cremation Fee - $695

Delivery of Cremated Remains - $125 ($1.50 per mile over 50 miles)

Refrigeration of Remain - First 24 hours free of charge; $75 each additional day

Transfer of Cremains to another personal container or Urn Supplied by family - $85.00

Insurance Assignments 5% Charge

Infants up to 6 weeks - $150 (6 weeks and older $350)

Urns - $75 and up (a complete list of merchandise is available upon request)

Alternative Container - $50

Engraving Urn - $125
